Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?

Immortality is not an option.
Pain is expected, But Suffering?
- We can work with that.
Your pain is real, universal, and impermanent. And yet you, like me and most of the people in this world, tend to look at medical issues or physical calamities with such an odd mix of surprise and disdain. We tense and tighten our muscles against the discomfort. Internally, we can get angry, sad, or fearful about our condition. With the rest of the world, we can become secretive or boastful, avoidant or histrionic. And sometimes, if the condition is chronic and the flare ups are irregular, we can become hopeless.
I offer validation, guidance, solutions, and hope to individuals whose lives are being adversely affected by physical conditions and illnesses. These are people living with painful and intrusive symptoms related to conditions such as IBS, Crohns, Colitis, Diabetes, Migraines, Allergies, Back injuries, Cancer, MS, Arthritis, and Excessive Bodyweight.
Doctors and Clinics refer their patients to me after years of variable diagnoses, tests, medication trials, and treatments have been unsuccessful in relieving symptoms.
My task is to work with patients on developing a new relationship to their condition, decreasing the impact of symptoms on identity and self-esteem, and developing practical and achievable ways to live a life unburdened by illness and physical discomfort.
