How often do you reject the life you are living, as if you can only find happiness if you have more money, a better job, a nicer teacher, a more loving family, an understanding partner or a healthier body?
Turns out that this habit of focusing on wanting things to be different than they are isn't very helpful if one's goal is to be healthier and happier.
The mission of the clinicians at the studio is simple:
We help people find meaning, purpose, and joy that is not defined by circumstances and conditions outside of one's immediate control. We teach compassion, resilience, healthy nutrition, and mindful awareness of self and environment. And we work with each person to achieve their wellness goals at a pace and in a way that meets that individual's specific needs.
Along with psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, mindful awareness and compassion practices, we have two experienced clinicians with additional specialities in integrative functional nutrition and the deaf and hearing-impaired population.
We work with individuals, families, and organizations. Whether chronic medical conditions, hearing loss, or depression, we are experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping people live their very best life.
