RISE & SHINE IN THE NEW YEAR!
Join Jamie every other Saturday morning for a 45-60 minute mindful awareness practice.
Sessions are guided and focused on developing an easily accessible open awareness that is grounded in compassion for self and others.
These meditations are appropriate for teens and adults at all levels of practice, including beginner. We sit on chairs for this practice but you are welcome to bring your own cushion or use the ones at the studio.
