In this supportive setting, you will learn about and engage in the practice of mindfulness meditation and discover how to bring mindful awareness and compassion skills into your daily life.
This group is appropriate for teenage and adult meditators of all levels.
FYI: You do not have to sit on the floor! We sit on chairs in the studio for these 30 minute Friday morning groups. If you would rather sit, you can bring your cushion or use one of ours.
