In this supportive setting, you will learn about and engage in the practice of Vipassana meditation and discover how to bring mindfulness skills into your daily life.
This group is appropriate for teenage and adult meditators of all levels.
FYI: You do not have to sit on the floor!
We sit on chairs in the studio for this morning group. If you would rather sit, you can bring your cushion or use one of ours.
