Join Jamie every other Saturday morning for a 45-60 minute mindful awareness practice.
Sessions are guided and focused on developing an easily accessible open awareness that is grounded in compassion for self and others.
These meditations are appropriate for teens and adults at all levels of practice, including beginner. We sit on cushions for this practice but you are welcome to sit on the chairs available as well.

Every other Friday, join Jamie for a 30 minute guided morning meditation.
In this supportive setting, you will learn about and engage in the practice of mindfulness meditation and discover how to bring mindful awareness and compassion skills into your daily life.
This group is appropriate for teenage and adult meditators of all levels.
FYI: You do not have to sit on the floor! We sit on chairs in the studio for this morning group. If you would rather sit, you can bring your cushion or use one of ours.
